What's up guys?,
my name is Daniel Nifong, I am a senior at Colorado State University. I'm going to graduate in May with a bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I'm pretty sure I'm going on STINT (Campus Crusade's international program) to South Africa for next year. God rescued me my freshman year of college and he hasn't let go ever since. I used to be a crazy party guy when I came to CSU but some friends showed me that there is a loving God who wants so much more for me. I gave my life to him and since then, I have seen close friends come to know the Lord and have personally seen him work in this country as well as around the world.
God is working on our campuses! He certainly is at CSU. Christians make up less than 1% on a campus of 25,000 students. It breaks my heart to sit in a class of 200 students and to know that I might be the only one who knows of God's incredible love for me. But I have seen and heard of freshman eager to live a life for God. They want out of the partying and want to experince life for what is trully is. Not just freshman, but students of every class want to know someone cares for them and that they don't need to perform for the rest of their lives. I and a couple other students at CSU believe a new rival is coming on our campus. Even though we have no idea what it looks like or where to start we know and trust that God will lead us to where he wants us. Be praying for our campus as well as campuses around this nation that the Holy Spirit would go before us preparing students heart to hear the Gospel.
